Multiplier read verbatim from the Lei n.º 53/2023 primary text (DR, 1.ª série, N.º 169, 2023-08-31): Art. 121.º-B n.º 1 al. a) requires "uma remuneração anual de pelo menos 1,5 vezes o salário anual bruto médio nacional ou, nos casos previstos no n.º 2 do artigo 61.º-A, de pelo menos 1,2 vezes o salário anual bruto médio nacional". No euro figure is fixed in the statute: the salary limits reference the national average-salary data transmitted to Eurostat (Art. 121.º-Q n.º 6), so no 2026 euro amount is asserted.
