LIVE SPOT-CHECK (2026-08-31): the earliest presencial slot at CRCP Loule (Faro, the only Empresa na Hora desk in the district) was 12-11-2026 13h30 — i.e. ~73 days out, confirming the "months, not on-the-spot" reality.
