EU family member (third-country) — marriage certificateIssued no more than 6 months before the appointment, signed and stamped — or, preferably, a valid access code. If missing or outdated, the application cannot be received.
EU family member (third-country) — minorsDocuments proving the family bond, legal representation, and the attribution / exercise of parental responsibility. Plus a legal-representation document and, where applicable, a competent-authority decision on parental responsibility. All certified and legalised.
EU family member (third-country) — birth certificate (minors)Valid with no expiry until age 16; from age 16, valid for 12 months from issue.
