| EU family member (third-country) — minors | Documents proving the family bond, legal representation, and the attribution / exercise of parental responsibility. Plus a legal-representation document and, where applicable, a competent-authority decision on parental responsibility. All certified and legalised. |
| EU family member (third-country) — birth certificate (minors) | Valid with no expiry until age 16; from age 16, valid for 12 months from issue. |
