These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GrowIN Portugal website (the "Site") and the services we offer. By using the Site you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by GROWIN PORTUGAL, UNIPESSOAL LDA, Faro, Portugal.

1. Information, not professional advice

2. No guaranteed outcomes

Immigration, visa and residency decisions are made solely by the competent authorities (such as consulates and AIMA), and tax outcomes depend on your circumstances and the tax authority. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular outcome, including the grant of a visa, residency, NIF, or a specific tax treatment. Where we help, we provide preparation, facilitation and access to qualified professionals — not a guaranteed result.

3. Our services

We offer done-for-you services (for example NIF, tax filing, accounting and company setup) delivered by our in-house certified team, and access to independent partner professionals (such as immigration lawyers) for consultations and legal matters. Partner professionals engage you under their own terms and are responsible for their own advice and work.

4. Fees and payment

Prices for services are shown on the Site and may change. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Any refund or cancellation terms applicable to a specific service will be made clear before you purchase. Government fees and third-party costs are separate from our service fees unless stated.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete information and any documents reasonably required to deliver a service, and to use the Site lawfully. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply.

6. Intellectual property
