This Privacy Policy explains how GROWIN PORTUGAL, UNIPESSOAL LDA ("GrowIN Portugal", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website and our services, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") and Portuguese data-protection law (Lei n.º 58/2019).

2. What personal data we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email address, phone number, country of residence.
• Enquiry & service information — details you share so we can help you (for example your situation, nationality, and, where you engage a service, information needed to obtain a NIF, file taxes, incorporate a company or prepare a visa matter).
• Communications — messages you send us and our replies.
• Technical & usage data — IP address, browser/device type, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and analytics only where you consent (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not intentionally collect special-category data through the website. Where a specific service requires sensitive documents, we tell you and handle them under an appropriate legal basis.

We share personal data only as needed to deliver our services and run our business:

• Our in-house team (e.g. certified accountants) to deliver tax, NIF, accounting and company-setup services.
• Partner professionals — for example immigration lawyers or accountants — where you ask us to arrange a consultation or service. They act as independent controllers under their own terms.
• Service providers (processors) acting on our instructions — such as website hosting, analytics (Google Analytics), email/marketing and payment processing.
• Authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example website hosting or email tools based in the United States). Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
