Verbatim (Art. 53.º n.º 1): "A concessão de visto carece de parecer prévio obrigatório da AIMA, I. P., e da UCFE… a) Quando sejam solicitados vistos de residência e de estada temporária…" (n.º 3: AIMA does the "análise de risco migratório").
