IMT typically processes a complete application within about 30–60 days. For a third-country licence the file must already carry the issuing-authority (or embassy) validity declaration required by RHLC Art. 14.º n.º 2 c) — see driving-third-country-authentication — so obtaining that declaration is part of the lead time, not an optional extra.
